 Wokingham Music Centre

Wokingham Music Centre is our newest centre, serving Wokingham Borough as well as parts of East Reading, Lower Earley and Woodley and offers a wide range of bands, choirs and orchestras to suit different tastes and interests. From September 2011, Berkshire Maestros will have a dedicated office and facilities to deliver music centre activities at the brand new Waingels College in Woodley. During the academic year 2010/11, Wokingham Music Centre activities will take place at Emmbrook Secondary School.

 Bracknell Music Centre

Music Centre Manager: Mary Childs.Bracknell Music Centre is based at the Open Learning Centre adjacent to Brakenhale School, Bracknell. It serves Bracknell Borough and offers a wide range of bands, choirs and orchestras to suit different tastes and interests

Friends Association

Bracknell Music Centre is grateful for the support it receives from its Friends Association (FSBMC). Their contribution to music centre life is invaluable. Activities include helping out at concerts, fundraising, organising social functions, running the Saturday morning Tuck Shop, fostering links with the local community. All parents with children learning at Bracknell Music Centre automatically become members of FSBMC. If you would like to play a more active role, please contact the Music Centre and we’ll be pleased to put you in touch with a member of the Friends Association Committee.

Friends Association

Reading Music Centre is grateful for the support it receives from its Parents Association. Their contribution to music centre life is invaluable. Activities include helping out at concerts, fundraising, organising social functions, running the Saturday morning Tuck Shop, fostering links with the local community. The support that the Parents Association gives at our concerts and other events cannot be measured – we would find it very difficult, and often impossible to manage without them. If you would like to play a more active role or help out, even if you can only do so on an ad hoc basis, please contact the Music Centre and we’ll be pleased to put you in touch with a member of the Parents Association Committee.
