Classes
Mini Maestros classes are currently available across the county for children aged 18 months to 8 years old. Class sizes are between 10 and 20 children, grouped by age, with flexibility to allow for individual requirements.
Classes are all about active participation and fun, using the voice and the whole body, with plenty of movement and percussion instruments when appropriate.
Musical skills and concepts, including notation, are taught (appropriate to the age) but the main focus to begin with is on developing a good sense of pitch and rhythm as well as confidence in participation.
