We love making music!
Playing music in groups is the best way to learn, and
you’ll make new friends to share the fun with.
Need help to choose an instrument? Look through the ideas on the left and click on "All about instruments". You can see what the instruments look like and listen to them playing as well.
Note
for parents/carers
A number of factors determine whether an instrument is suitable for younger children; from the size of a child’s hand to their height and even the development of teeth. This may mean that lessons on certain instruments cannot start much before the age of seven. If your child is younger than seven, you may prefer to visit our Mini Maestros section to find out what's available for children of this age. Click on Max Maestro (pictured, left) to go to this section of the site.
