Parents /Carers of students who would like to enrol for tuition can download and print out an enrolment form here. 

Parents / Carers of existing students can make use of our online forms to enrol for additional activities and confirm any changes to lessons.

Please read the Terms and Conditions and refer to our Tuition Fees before completing and submitting any of these forms.

New Students

Lessons and activities in Schools and at Music Centres

To enrol for tuition at Local Authority schools in Berkshire and lessons or activities (bands, choirs, orchestras) at a Maestros Music Centre, please download and complete this form (opens in a new window).

To view this form, you will need to have Acrobat pdf reader installed.

Once you have sent in your completed enrolment form, the following will happen:

• We will acknowledge receipt of your form and register your child for lessons /activities
• We will forward the request to one of our teachers or the relevant music centre
• You will then be contacted by one of our teachers as soon as a suitable space is identified for lessons /activities to start
• You will be sent an invoice once lessons /activities have been arranged.

Existing Students

Students already learning with Maestros can join orchestras, ensembles, bands, choirs, theory classes or Mini Maestros (Early Years).  To enrol for any of these additional activities, please complete the online form below.
