Seasons greetings
A very Happy New Year to you all from Berkshire Maestros!We had a most enjoyable lead up to the Christmas season with the usual array of festivities and concerts. In terms of standard of playing, pride of place must go to the Maestros Corelli orchestra at the concert at the Bracknell Leisure Centre. The ensemble playing was stunning with a level of control and accuracy I have rarely heard from such a young group.
I must say that I am really looking forward to 2010. Pupils numbers in lessons are on the increase as are numbers in ensembles. We continue to provide an unrivalled quality of tuition, especially to our most gifted and talented. In March we will be visited once again by our Music Service Evaluation Partner, Helen Mason who will have a chance to put our work under the spotlight. I am confident that we will be judged to be doing very well indeed, so here's to another very successful year for Berkshire Maestros!
